The Curse of Knowledge

The curse of knowledge is not remembering what things were like before we learned.

Just a little tidbit I heard today.  Still thinking it through.

it is a good tidbit, very deep and quite meaningful...in that it does make you stop and think....the message I get is about enjoying the journey....like a puzzle you solve, once it's solved and over all the fun is lost....that's what makes learning the fun part of knowledge...coming into the light from the darkness...!

I didn't think about it that way! I like your view of it. I was thinking about selective memory. You know, the "Well I NEVER did that" comments. lol! But it's true. There is a joy in the journey of learning a thing. Hopefully it instills a desire to keep learning and growing ourselves!
