Night fire

Red, a good friend of ours, took this picture. I love it. He was in a barn and was playing with his time exposure setting. A person in the house came out carrying a torch. You end up not seeing the person, but you still see the path of the light.

Very cool

It's a picture of evangelism then?

Neat picture, but an even cooler metaphor. Isn't that what our lives are supposed to be about?

Amanda, I know! I love this picture. :) That was on my front porch in China. Please excuse the dirt. We only had water a couple of days a week. Jeans just don't come as clean when you handwash!

Anna, The picture I have in mind is the one of the church with the gate in front. I'll use this one for awhile, but thanks for letting me use yours! I can't wait to put it on. Entertaining THESE angels has been tough this summer. I need to get creative.

Craver and spaghettipie, SURE! That was the complete intent of this picture! Actually, that is what was going on and why he was there, but was just playing around with his new camera when he took this. It did turn out to be a great metaphor, didn't it? Red is just like that, too. Very much behind the scenes.
